WELLNESS AFTER DARK
We’re teaming up with Discolates for a special edition of Soulcial Butterfly that blends nightlife vibes with mindful movement. Join us on Wednesday, October 15th from 7 to 10 PM at Before & After Sound Lab in Tampa for an intentional girls-only night out.
Expect a high-energy Pilates sculpt session led by Bianca aka Discolates to start the evening, followed by house music from OORB— ** opening for the We Belong Here festival. You’ll enjoy mocktails & wellness shots, all while mingling with other women in business and browsing from a curated lineup of women-owned vendors.
This is a sober, women-only event designed for community, creativity, and connection. Come dressed in your cutest Pilates outfit, bring your own mat, and get ready to move, vibe, and connect.
